Calling accounts are easy to use. You get a PIN (personal identification number) and a password to access the website.
Once you receive your PIN and password, you can call the Customer Service hotline or login to the Call Ceylon website and
update your credit balance. You can also setup an auto top-up rule to automatically update your credit balance.
You can use any phone, dial the access number, dial the PIN, press the # key and then dial the number. You will be charged by your phone service provider for dialing the access number.
