There is no monthly rental on the non-DID Internet Phone. You only pay for the duration of calls you take. However, there is a monthly rental on the DID phone

|
You can dial all International and Australian Interstate numbers. You can also dial calls to Australian mobile phones.

Do I pay the same rate for calls anytime of day?

Yes, calls are charged at a fixed rate no matter what time of day you call

|
Yes, you can take calls to other countries as well. Rates to other countries start at 4 cents per minute. Please check the rate before you call

Will getting an Internet Phone impact my ADSL connection?
|
The Internet phone uses the ADSL Internet connection. However the bandwidth used for voice over the Internet is extremely small and usually does not impact ADSL speed

Do I need an ADSL connection to get the Internet Phone?
|
Yes, You need an ADSL connection and your ADSL service provider should not prevent you from using Voice over IP services

Can I get an Internet Phone anywhere?

Yes, you can. As long as you have broadband, you can get an Internet phone anywhere in the world (subject to country restrictions)

Can I get an Internet Phone in Sri Lanka?
|
Yes, you can. As long as you have ADSL, you can get a Telcotel Internet phone in Sri Lanka and you can also ask for a Melbourne phone number

How can I pay my Telcotel Bill?
|
Telcotel services are pre-paid. You can setup an auto top-up rule to Topup your account by a specific amount when the balance goes below a given value. You can also make payments using your credit card by calling the customer service hotline or make payments through Bpay.

I do not want to use the Credit Card on the Internet. Is there any way I can pay?

You can call the customer service hotline and they can make the payment for you. Alternatively you can have your credit card registerd on the site by Telcotel and setup and auto topup of your account. Payments can also be made using Bpay.
